SUMMARY OF PROFLUID HSE POLICIES

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Highlights the management of HSE in Profluid in accordance to the local and international legislation, sets targets for continuous improvement.

ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Emphazises the use and abuse of alcohol and related substances either by Profluid staff, contractors or visitors in our facility or in client facility.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS POLICY

Establish and maintain close relations with the local population, understand their concerns, needs and aspirations, assess the social and economic impact of our presence in their community.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH POLICY

This identifies potential physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and physiological health hazard inherent in our work environment; evaluate the health hazards and means of eliminating them.

NO NIGHT SAIL POLICY

Implies that night sailing or driving is not allowed except a waiver is signed by senior management.

INFORMATION POLICY

This highlights the management of sensitive information about Profluid to third parties.

SECURITY POLICY

Describes Profluid means of securing its equipment, staff and visitors in its areas of operation by engaging private and law enforcement agents.

DRIVING POLICY

A structured system of managing driving operation in Profluid. This includes: driver certification program, seat belt, journey management, cellular phones while in the company vehicle.

SUMMARY OF PROFLUID STANDARD

JOURNEY MANAGEMENT STANDARD

This provides Proluid management of its transport equipment, journeys and the responsibilities of the supervisors drivers and passengers

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT STANDARD

Quality is Profluid watch. All staff must wear PPE that has been tested and approved to
meet the minimum HSE standards for any operations  

HAZARD COMMUNICATION STANDARD

This is safety standard outlines specific rules and procedures that shall be followed at all locations that involves Profluid operations.

RISK IDENTIFICATION AND ACCIDENT REPORTING STANDARD

Profluid focus is on proactive risk identification and reporting of all unsafe acts, unsafe near  misses first aid case, medical treatment case restricted workday case, lost workday case, lost time injuries etc. profluid investigates all accidents/incidents in its operations

MECHANICAL LIFTING STANDARD

Defines minimum requirements for all mechanical lifting operations, including cranes (such as fixed mobile overhead or hydraulic telescoping cranes) forklifts and mast trucks in order to minimize the associated risk.

INFORMATION SECURITY STANDARD

This covers among other issues rules of communication, use of company communication facilities, representation of the company in the media and other third parties and confidentiality of company information and procedures.
